Terms of Service: Transparent Usage Framework

DigitalRiseHub provides its image toolkit for permitted personal and professional use, including use by corporate employees, digital marketing managers, freelancers, and web developers. The toolkit is intended to help users optimize image files through supported browser-based functionality.

Subject to these terms and any applicable third-party software licenses, users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and operate the available tool through a compatible web browser. This permission does not transfer ownership of DigitalRiseHub's branding, website content, or original software.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to process the images you select. Your use must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services or libraries involved.

You must not use the web application in a way that compromises its integrity, availability, or safe operation. Prohibited activities include introducing malicious scripts or packages, attempting unauthorized interference with the client-side JavaScript, bypassing security controls, or deliberately disrupting browser execution.

You must not attempt unauthorized access to the website, its hosting environment, or any associated systems. You must also not use the service to distribute malware, violate another person's rights, or carry out unlawful activity.

Nothing in this section restricts activities that applicable law expressly permits, including any rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a third-party library is governed by its own open-source license, that license continues to apply to the library.

The image toolkit is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, subject to the protections and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We aim to offer a practical and reliable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser, device, file format, or image.

The tool may use open-source libraries, including JSZip where applicable, to support features such as batch processing or archive creation. Their presence does not guarantee that every operation will succeed in every environment.

Processing very large images or extensive batches may cause high memory use, slow performance, browser instability, or failed downloads on some devices. Where practical, keep original files and verify processed results before using them in production. To the extent permitted by law, DigitalRiseHub is not responsible for losses arising from temporary browser crashes, processing delays, or failed operations beyond its reasonable control.

We do not intentionally design the image-processing workflow to upload selected images to our server when processing is performed locally in the browser. Actual data handling depends on the deployed code, hosting configuration, analytics, and other enabled services. Please review the Privacy Policy for further details.

DigitalRiseHub may update, customize, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the toolkit as the service develops. Changes may include interface improvements, supported output formats, processing settings, file-size limits, and batch-processing limits intended to maintain performance and protect users' workflows.

Where reasonably necessary, changes may be made without advance notice, particularly for security, stability, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate.

Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with a material change, you should stop using the affected service.
